Are you a parent, educator or librarian interested in learning more about nature study?

I am a Pennsylvania-certified educator and have worked with children in grades K-12. I earned degrees in Communication & The Arts, Secondary English Education and a M.Ed. in Teaching & Curriculum.

I have completed the Jane Goodall Institute (JGI) Growing Compassionate Leaders course, earning 20 hours of additional professional development training and my Roots & Shoots projects have been awarded two JGI grants, resulting in the creation of a native plant wildlife habitat as well as a pollinator garden. In 2017-2018 I completed  seven weeks of training and received certification as a Pennsylvania TreeVitalize Tree Tender.

As a home educator and qualified portfolio evaluator, I share my love of nature study and child-led learning with families throughout south-central Pennsylvania through nature clubs, workshops and consultations. To learn more contact me below...
